P.S. I can relate to Nick in the sense that I can see where everyone would benefit by "tapping on it" and I have to hold myself back from suggesting just that to those who are not interested.

It is nice to see that it is OK to speak the truth of "negative" feelings, thoughts, and beliefs and that if you start from real, you can get to where you want to be going. I have tried so many things throughout my 65 years and everything helped a little bit-at first. Most progress, however, was short lived or fell short of what I wanted and needed. Tapping, especially the way you both approach it, is the missing link for me. I can't tell you how grateful I am for you and for EFT. I have seen a profound change already in just 4 weeks. It is a different feeling than the old "hope fixes" where I would get pumped and then not know how to deal with what came up after the initial surge. Tapping has given me a grounded peace and some true hope. Thank you!
