The saddest part is him NOT accepting his e.n.d part of him and using that power to beat the shit out of ignia and the wood god dragon when he had the chance. In dragon cry even with a half transformation, he kicked that dragon's ass but refuses to accept that part of him. Like bruh just accept it. The dragons smell u as a demon

The only thing that isn’t sad about natsu is his fire dragon slayer magic and dragon force everything else about Natsu is nothing but a bad joke. Fairy tail would be so much better without Natsu and his stupid blue cat. Laxus should have been the main male character it’s the same for one piece luffy should have died and Fire Fist Ace should have taken his place or Ace as the main character from the very beginning

I think that this realization hasn't affected him that much because he is proud of who he is, no matter what he turns into, as it was easy for him to decide to stay human in his mind. In my opinion the saddest thing he will go through is knowing what his return cost Zeref, because he never told Natsu that the curse was because of him. Until now, he still forgets about his past and how his life was 400 years ago. Maybe Ignia was the dragon that burned his village back then, so Natsu has a lot to experience to finally realize his true self.

Natsu never accepted himself as a demon he rejected even being a dragon and stayed human.Natsu's mission to defeat acnologia was never revealed to him all he did was do what he knew best after acno took the 7 ds into the rift and he never thought of his old memories and past experiences as burden but as development in his life

Bruh, this was not even close to the saddest part. He learned all that and moved pn pretty quick. He was shocked, sure, but he was also happy to be with the guild as he is now. He was more shocked than sad.
