This guy has no clue what he’s talking about. Street sweepers are 150% legal to own and rock island auctions them off all the time. They’re a DD and require a tax stamp. All so they hold no where close to 50 rounds. More like 12-15 rounds.

Our auctions take place in California. We can sell to customers in other states, but we cannot sell arms which require tax stamps. So, maybe with the additional context you can see why he said what he said. Though, yes... The ammo capacity was exaggerated.

In the Lower Arroyo Seco Park in Pasadena, CA, bicycles are not allowed, period! Believe it or not, there is an almost 98 to 99% compliance. Much of it comes from the citizens but it is also posted at the main trail heads. And yes, most of the trails are for equestrians too.

The Gunslinger website will lead you to their catalogs on Proxibid, which is an online bidding platform. However, their premium through Proxibid is 25%. The best possible way to bid with them is over the phone or with an absentee bid. If you pay with cash or check, the premium drops to 15%. Gunslingers sell 1000s of guns annually, "CA Approved" doesn't really apply since they deal with large estates who have been collecting for years. It is not too often when you see a listing marked "out of state only" as most of the guns they deal with are already in state and fall under exemptions for all the typical CA BS.
