I was confused when I saw that there are green blocks under the pipes. The creator put blocks under the pipes because by doing so the player can't kill the pipe while using the star...

There is one thing that should of been changed. They should of patch raccoon powerup over the cape feather then it would of fit as a flying powerup for this hack.

2:28 I didn't realized this game was supposed to take place in Vice City (VCPD heli) That SWAT model's face texture is the head from one unused ped model from the files called a "psycho" so idk how accurate this mod is.

You can see the Swat skin in old images before San Andreas was released. It is identical to Psycho. The helicopter is called Vice City Maveric in the game data. Besides, you can't recreate it exactly 1:1. It's probably not without errors either.
