I’m getting a state 2 not applied on mine, what code is that?
@MrJeffharper4726 күн бұрын
@@ApexAlex97 you need to set the counterweight position. I explain it early in the video
@MrJeffharper4726 күн бұрын
@@ApexAlex97 “state 2” is referring to the outrigger status you have set in the computer. Basically the computer is recognizing something is “wrong“ because you have the computer thinking you’re on the outriggers but you actually have the outriggers sucked in. For instance, if you have the out rigger set up and you try to suck everything in it *should* Start sounding the buzzer because it detects a change. Granted, sometimes it automatically changes the state of the outriggers and sometimes it doesn’t. Sometimes I can suck everything in and start traveling without having to touch the computer, and sometimes I have to manually tell it otherwise.

@@MrJeffharper47 got it thank you very much! Also one final thing, on my chart here on the computer, it’s marking its weight in decimals such as klbs 21.8 and max klbs is 41.9 is that just a multiplication of what those numbers are by 10?

When I operated cranes in the 80’s and 90’s there was no computers in them last year I started operating hydraulic RT Tadano, Grove and I had to get an operator to help me understand this computer, they thought I couldn’t operate the damn crane 😢, embarrassing 🙈, once he set the computer up and half way explained it I was ready to operate but there is sooo much more to learn about the LMI and no school I’ve been to teaches you about the most important part of the crane to me. I was used to friction cranes with live booms and 36 yard clamshell buckets etc. loading and unloading ships and now the chemical plants now. Fixing to go back and start at it again it’s been 8 months since I was laid off and now I’m back nervous again.
