It’s a horrible procedure and I was traumatised by it. I’ll never have another one. It’s barbaric - no man would be expected to put up with pain like this - and no woman should either. We need to demand better treatment. Pain should not be normalised. Take care, I hope you are ok

You need to have somebody come and help you. You need to rest. An important remedy in TCM for women who gave birth is to daily eat chicken soup / broth where the chicken parts (organic) have cooked 3 to 4 hours. The soup should also contain parsley and carots. Cook part of the parsley (root and green) into the broth and the also garnish it with fresh AMD chopped parsley. Find some good recipes. Drink 2 to 3 cups a day. Rebuilds Qi / Chi. You need to do nothing and should not burden yourself with anything. Where are any relatives or other helpers?? People in our society need to realize that giving birth is no joke.

You are absolutely right. However, I'm foster 3 grandchildren, the youngest is 3 months old. I brought each baby home from the hospital. So while I'm tired and overwhelmed, it is due to menopause not birth.

I'm so sorry about your friend. I will pray for her and you. You are exhausted. It might be menopause but first and foremost it's exhaustion too. One thing that will help at bedtime is if you can get a routine going. For mine it was bath time, putting on their pajamas, then picking out their clothes for the next day then in their bed with books. Even if that meant looking at books. I tried to read one story to them. then prayers and lights out. I don't know if that will help or not. At 8 oclock mine knew they had to be in bed or close to it. I wish you the best and baby Jack is adorable as well as the little one at the end of the video. Just an FYI- my kids are adults now and they still talk about their bedtime routine in a positive way. If you write the nightly routine out on a chart and give them a check or sticker each time one thing is accomplished it helps them see what comes next. I hope that helps.

@@LotsofXoXos ovarian cancer is very responsive to treatment. Please read below. I recently came across this video and feel compelled to share some encouraging information that should bring a sense of optimism. Call it an act of kindness or simply meddling on my part-it's up to you. However, it disturbs me to see people suffer from life threatening health conditions. Although my following statements may seem bizarre, you must understand that it needs to be this way to reach you. Some things are just too difficult to say here (if you know what I mean), so please write down the capital letters from the following paragraph in the order you encounter them. Then, study and divide them into individual words to form a coherent thought. Understand? Okay, here it goes: Frogs Often Leap Lightly Over Water. WILLIAM has More Adventures by Keeping In Shape. Ostriches occasionally Need X-rays. Fish Often Rest Comfortably while Ants Navigate Complex Environments Rapidly. Cats Understand Rules Easily Sometimes. Some people find it hard to decode so I will translate part of the message but cannot completely translate. I hope you understand. Follow William _____ on _ for ______ _____. many blessings. 👍

I noticed my first chin hair when I was in the 8th grade. By the end of high school I was plucking my chin daily. I’m 31 now and have a whole forest to deal with. It really rocks my confidence 😔 Some are blonde, some black, all very course hair that grow fast. Had my first electrolysis appointment two weeks ago and it’s painful but I’m hoping to zap it all away! Being a hairy female really sucks 😫

Underneath is darker cause it’s protected most. All your hair looks like it has gotten darker and more voluminous. I experimented with water only cleansing years ago and can’t remember why I returned. But I find it works perfectly for my type 3 curly hair. It’s not as dry and my curls have relaxed. I massage my scalp and brush my hair with a denman brush while saturated wet to get full coverage of sebum. I find it works for me.

Could you possibly share your regimen? How often do you actually wash with water? Do you use hot or cold water? Do you use any brushes or combs to distribute the oil? My hair is very very similar to yours. I have been at this for about a week but my canopy and ends are still so very dry. The curls look so bad I'm just putting my hair up. I can't get the oil to come down.

I live in Italy and unfortunately I have had a few colonoscopies over the years. I was just put to sleep and then after about 10 mins woke up perfectly ok? What on earth do they give you in USA! I have seen on KZbin also the same reactions after having wisdom teeth pulled out.

Women have to demand the doctors put them out during the procedure.I have had a D@C and biopsy and insisted they knock me out and they did.Being out was very easy and very little cramping hardly anything.

This is barbaric. If men got endometriosis you can just believe they'd "find" a way to do it with anesthesia! In 2015 I had a breast cancer biopsy (positive, malignant, surgery, radiation, chemo,...I'm still here obviously), I was afraid the biopsy would hurt, but it didn't hurt at all. Everything that came after that hurt like hell, but the biopsy was nothing, because they numbed it. Why can't they do something for the pain in this case? Last thing--how do you know when a surgeon is lying? Yep,...those lips are moving. P.S. Your hair is gorgeous!!!

I agree, if a man had to do it there'd be a better way. Glad to hear about your doing well. Thank you for the kind words about my hair. Have a blessed day, Sara B

I had an endometrial biopsy a few weeks ago. They say it will feel like a pinch. So much worse than a pinch. I think every nerve was screaming out in pain. I was fine after the procedure but I’m not sure I will ever do that again. I think I’d rather have a hysterectomy. At least you get to be out for that.

Thank you so much. I hope you don't have to do another one. A coworker was telling me someone she knows passed out, and they had to wait for her to wake up and do it again because she had to be awake for it! I appreciate the well wishes too.

@@LotsofXoXos Thank you too. I won't have to do another but oh, the friend of your coworker....I simply can't imagine 😞 Why? She fainted, and I'm sure others have too.....why do we have to be awake???? I thought about it: They put us to sleep for colonoscopies but not this?
@heidi53336 ай бұрын
I've been through it several times.... please know, lots of us are feeling for you 😢 Besides the stress, the lack of any consideration for the pain of the procedure is cruel. The last one I had, my husband helped hold me down. May this chapter be over for you!! Sending healing thoughts and prayers and just letting you know that you aren't alone.

I had one in January and I can't believe that they don't do it under anesthesia. It was the worst pain I've ever had over kidney stones and sciatica pain. I won't ever have another one. But thankfully I didn't have any pain afterwards but I did take ibuprofen. So crazy how women are expected to undergo these procedures without pain medication or anesthesia.

There has to be a less painful way! Why can't they numb the area at the very least?! I hope I never have to do it again.

For the first time in my life I am getting regular hair cuts. I'm now almost 67 and am treating myself. I've made a lot of changes in my diet and lifestyle and recently am being convicted about the different chemicals we have been marketed to. Thank you for your video. You look great and the information that you gave me about what to expect will help. I showered this morning and through out all of my shampoo beforehand. So, I'm on my way to better health in this manner as well.
