Lara is believable as a Heroine BUT I only see Angelique in this storyline. And a little..too..bland.

These two were quite the love birds. It was an ingenious love triangle woven thru the changing story lines & characters. He captures her heart, then leaves. She bumps into him down the road & puts a spell on him to keep him on a short leash. He claims to be want to be free of the leash, but not really. He wounds & he kills that which he loves. The ultimate sexual act.

This is so so beautiful - ive only just discovered Dark Shadows a few months ago but it’s literally lifted me out of the grave I’ve been laying in and filled my life with joy and passion - I LOVE Jonathan Frid as Bramwell and though I’m seasons away from these last episodes this video along with other videos like this set to music are so precious and uplifting - really made a difference to me - thank you for making this one ❤️

I watched DS all summer and the ending was so emotional. Love Barnabas/Bramwell. Especially Bramwell was so handsome. Watching many episodes again.

I just watched episode 1198. So beautiful. It was a shocker. Loved Bramwell. So handsome. So glad they made this character for Jonathan. He deserved a great ending to DS. Too bad I was only 10 years old when I first saw DS back in 71. I would have followed him, as a fan, like crazy! Thank you Barnabas/Bramwell

In the post-DS novel "Angelique's Descent" by Lara Parker, Barnabas had an affair with Angelique either before or after meeting Josette on the island of Martinique. That is why she had such a major crush on him when the Dupres arrived in Collinsport. They had already known each other intimately.
