Yes, Nice One! One of my favoritism almost-healthy TREATS! The T & L Golden Syrup honestly makes these super SPECIAL. I used to make them when I lived in America, but without Tate & Lyle, they just were not the same. I have 1/2 tin sitting in the pantry needing eating-up, so hubby bought porridge oats yesterday and maybe tomorrow we'll make a batch a real taste of Home! As I'm in Australia now! Thanks, I'll share with my nieces as these are great fun to make with kids, used to love making them when I was young.

These are really simple and great to make! I had a go over the last week and, instead of making mini sausage rolls, I made x2 giant sausage rolls! I divided the puff pastry into 2 lengths, used mustard (which I highly recommend!), rolled up with 200g of sausage meat in each roll and baked at 180 fan for 55 minutes. They came out a lovely golden brown colour and were very tasty. I would recommend using a very long baking tray during cooking, and you will need to cut the sausage roll in half to fit onto a dinner plate. Thank you for the simple recipe, I will also try apple sauce and the Branston pickle relish to see what they are like too :)

Ooh never tried rice crispy cakes with toffee, if I lose another couple of stone I should be able to eat a couple without getting 'stoner vision' lol I usually have to use bran flakes in my crispy cakes with no added sugar dark chocolate (and some chopped dried cherries).
