Thanks you for useful explanations. I'm a beginner and just bought Canon EOS 200 Mark II. I learnt about the blurry background and still to learn the settings of ISO, Aperture and Shutterspeed. One more thing is about the black backdrop with object in front visible with light on either side. Can you explain on how to do this. Thanks and Best Wishes.

For that you need to have proper lighting setup. Have a remote flash which can be held behind the subject. With that your subject will have proper lighting in either side & will get highlighted in the picture because of flash in the back.
