Good content but you need to be more detailed about the size of Tiper for granite plus the Eng can give estimate on labour cost if he really wants total transparency. I think that is what Nigeria needs now on like other Africa countries and beyond will similar content. What’s the Eng contact info?

I am not sure of these prices because laterite for fillings cost in Lagos around #110k for 10 tyres tipper. What is the size of the #40k you provided? Another point is your 5 inch block size. Are you sure this size is correct? Because the available sizes are the 6 inch and 9 inch if my understanding is correct

@ currently I’m trying to build 2 bedroom and one bedroom flat down and same at up and a building engineer has given me list from foundation to linter level which the rods , stone , sand and other requirement excluding blocks because I have up to 3000 blocks already cost me nearly 5 million , I’m just preparing to bargain the labor with the person to see if we will agree on reasonable price , Like how much would I expect in labor of the job from the contractor ?
