What makes you decide between a conscript/t2 vs penal build orders? Map?

During one of the last patches target size of all people, who will pick up Anti Tank gun with no crew will receive additional target size penalty (+10% to the target size). Their standard target size is 1.09 (or something like that). And after receiving that penalty it should be 1.09*1.1=1.199 It's almost 1.2 Even really inaccurate weapons like submachineguns will hit such HUGE target quite often.

Hello, little tip from somebody, that has been playing this game for 5 years and is currently top 100 as soviets in 4v4 :D Use a quick select - tag your units with numbers, so you can quick select them For example: my mainline is number 1, elite forces are number 2, at guns are number 3, number 4 i have for engineers, tanks - vehicles are number 5-7... I tend to change them during the game, as my at guns gets killed, i use those numbers for mg, mortar, more infantry, etc... Btw nice game!
