Coming along nicely Mike! I would’ve done the same thing with the tile that would be “hidden”… 😂 and I really like the tool to install cabinet hardware. You taught me something new again. Thanks!

@@MikesMarvelousMess you bet! Trying to help the algorithms to grow your channel. Love this stuff. Had a very similar situation with a property I bought this past December. Hired someone to replace some damaged siding and, you guessed…. Rotten frame underneath. Had to reframe whole back of house (2-story)… looking forward to more tips from you because that cost me quite a bit unexpectedly.

There is nothing worse than an open floor plan house that is made for a family..stink from training children how to cook spreads throughout the house, no special secret meals to make as a surprise...just horrible.
