I live in Vancouver, canada and I am planning to set up a marketing agency for real estate agents in both U.S & Canada as this is a niche I am personally interested in and something I can see myself working long hours in. As of September 2024, do you think this is a good niche to get into? Since 2016, I am hearing that USA is on the brink of the worst recession ever but as we all know it hasn’t happened. So I am wondering if opening a marketing agency for realtors is a good idea right now. I would really appreciate your advice, thanks!

Yeah but I can't add DNS record because I made my website at different place than GoDaddy and because of this, it asks me to change nameserver. I even tried changing nameservers but there was a warning appeared that my website might go out of public view and it's risky. What will you recommend? Shall I change nameserver anyway to add DNS record....? Really no clue. Your help will be highly appreciated. Thanks!
