Why is the wire mesh above the polythene leather ?

That is how it is supposed to be. The polythene holds the sand and prevent cement from sipping into the ground. It also acts as a water proof layer. The wire mesh is a reinforcement for the concrete hence it has to be inside the concrete above the polyurethane

Thanks for watching and commenting. We are not decking it. The roof beam is EXTREMELY important as it primarily bears the load of the roof. It also provides support to the walls to keep it from spreading out or caving in which leads to cracks and more. Thanks for following and I hope you share the videos to many people

The soil texture at the site is good enough that we didn't need laterite. It could have just been a waste of money. moreover, the sharp sand was watered for a week and well compacted
