Honestly , there might be some changes , as the owner still were building some things around , so i would suggest checking it at least for a day , or the best option is to go there and have a look ! Bear in mind its pretty hard to get there (by bike , narrow road) but the view is so worth it !

I honestly don't understand this habit that foreigners have of talking shit about Argentina...The guy literally treats a guy who works as an urban greeter or people who are simply underdressed as homeless...If I knew that I saw many more homeless people in cities from the first world like NY or Rome, you wouldn't believe it...Sometimes I think that Argentinians are very helpful to foreigners here.

Same thing is in many Asian Countries or for instance in India , but i truly believe this is not government fault at first , but the people - no trash throwing - no trash on the streets . First need to look at the roots of the problem , just in my opinion . Thank you !❤️

I've lived in the US Myself and I've seen waaay more many junkies and homeless people in the Manhattan, sleeping next to a Lexus or a Cayenne of course, but homeless nonetheless xD

@@petergriffin-cq5kw i heard it already too many times . Well , not everyone is coming from the US dreamland and the only places i have been is NY for layover and Miami for the same . I never traveled around US , so nothing to compare with . I have been to Colombia and it is way more dangerous out there in comparison to ARS , so i will state it later , but with the moment i was doing this video - i had my own impression and i have full rights for that .

Dude, your attitude sucks. You're in a stunning city like Buenos Aires and had to film every homeless person you found? If you want to see homeless people that bad come to the U.S., and we're a far wealthier nation than Argentina. Buenos Aires is one of my favorite cities in the world, I will be going back in August.

Who told you that imports are closed? Quite the contrary, the economic policy of the new government opened imports even more, in fact they were never closed, only somewhat restricted in previous governments. Another fun fact, the people you showed are not homeless people, the first person ( 1:43 )is just a recycler looking for cardboard or paper to recycle, and the rest are just poorly dressed people who live in the poorest neighborhoods of the city, everyone has their home , humble but they have it. They just go into town during the day looking for some temporary work, or simply to beg, it is a kind of scam, appealing to the pity of some tourists, that's all. You should inform yourself more before giving your opinion.

I had only good vibes in Villa 31 apart of one specific street , which is famous for drug selling/consuming . So cant say anything bad about it from what i have seen

@@erychist Thats because you walked around the outskirts and did not really enter into the villa very far. These recently redeveloped areas are well publicised here by the local government but are not reflective of the majority of the villa. I'm not one for poverty tourism either as I think its a touchy subject and ultimately doesn't help the people. Apart from that though good channel and I like your style. Will keep watching your content.

Hmm, i honestly thought that walked through a big part of the villa but maybe not , i dont really know exactly how wide it spreads out , but yes i believe some of the places out there might be sketchy . Kind of as every place all around the world if you enter , and noone knows you - you are a suspicious yourself + easy target. We in Europe have less and less of these places but had a lot back in 2000s . Lets say the town i am from : Riga , we had Lubanas iela and so called “Maskachka” where u could get easily robbed , but now it is well developed place with very few cases . I believe in time places will be going through development everywhere

I mean , i am white , but my skin is not blank white . Back back in my family tree i have Georgian blood , so i get tanned pretty easily , and after some time under the sun my skin is pretty dark . (Another tip is to hang earing , because in Latin countries so many people do so ) and overall look unnoticed . I will do separate video in future telling how to get and how not to get robbed in any country around

JUst saying for Georgians, as there is no Georgian who gets red then white again . Lets say in Latvia where i came from, Latvians as majority are like that.

If we would order a whole pizza every time we go we would end of bankrupt and waste food a lot , haha . Ordering slices is a super common thing in BA as i understand, so staying low key . Just a runner up visits 😀

@@erychist It's normal for Argentines to order a whole pizza even if you are just one person, because we always take home what is left over. It's not really common to order portions unless you're really in a hurry or you're a tourist. On the other hand, if you want a fresher portion, you should try to order it during the times when everyone eats here (12pm to 1-2pm or 8pm to 10pm). If you order something at 4pm, you'll only find old options that have been there for hours. (in MY opinion banchero is overrated) If you want to try Italian style, I recommend "Atte. Pizzeria Napoletana" in the Palermo neighborhood.
