Why did you plug it in. The real thing about Transacoustic, is that you can get the effects without plugging in!

I’m sure you know this already but I just wanted say that you can transfer additional voices to the control panel. All the way to the right, there is a scrolling wheel and a row of buttons. Press the Menu On button, flip the wheel and choose which voice you want to transfer and where you want to transfer it. Hold down the button corresponding to the voice you’d like to transfer, then press one of the grey buttons (upper and/or lower keyboard sections) to indicate where you want to put the sound. The light above the grey button you pressed will start to flash, indicating that the sound has been transferred.

Hello, Great controller! I have a question, After connecting the controller, is it still possible to connect the instrument to the external midi keyboard and the controller at the same time?

Hi, I am from Mumbai. I have a yamaha me 10 Electone. This piece has been with the family for 4 decades. I have treasured it in my dad's memory. We don't play it often. Recently, some keys don't work and the pedals have given way. Can u guide me as to how do I restore this Marvel back to original? Thanks

Here in the US it's called Acousticplus? Is there a new one called Transacoustic or maybe how it's marketed in the UK?

One improvement could be suggested (found it in my keyboard on disassembly) - the rubber pad is pressed by a narrow stud of the pedal, so the pressure is applied mainly to the center of the contact pad. A square piece of thin paperboard or plastic (e.g. 0.5-0.8 mm thick) placed between the stud and the rubber pad would destribute pressure of the stud to the whole width of the pad and thus make the contact more reliable.

So what was the cause of the problem? Deteriorated rubber washers (changing geometry of the lever pivot point) or dirt on the circuit board? I disassabmled a similar keaboard (Electone's HS-5) having the same problem with one of the keys and all the contarcts on the circuit board look nicely clean as well as the rubber pads. I am affraid to use any liquids (like IPA) on the contacts - they look like coated with something darker than metal traces on the board. What foam cleaner did you use?
@phooto6 ай бұрын
It was the washers that had failed. This is the foam cleaner I use. amzn.to/3XM2pTw

@@phooto Thanks for the link! I changed the washers too and it works fine now. But I used washers from roof screws - had to tear off the rubber part from the metal washer. It fits tighter on the pedal bolt (6 mm inner diameter, 16 mm outer). I used IPA to clean the contacts, but they turned out not dirty at all.

I have a PSS-A50, JD-Xi, black CT-S1 and an original Go:Keys. I will probably get the new Go:Keys 5, maybe a Casio CT-S500, and later an RD-08 and Yamaha CK61, which is essentially a full size 61 key Reface series keyboard in one and a lot more.

Im very curious, How did you get the audio outputs on your Reface to be connected to your Logic inputs 1-2? Did you have to download an external routing program like Patch Bay or something?

I used to learn on one of these since i got one as a half-serious birthday present, just to try it out. It doesn't sound very good, of course, but you can actually learn to play on it. I spent half a year learning and bought myself a proper, electroacoustic tenor uke

All you needed to do was flip the Electone on its back and access the pedal washers from there. Much faster.

I recently got one to practice fingering and chords, I'm a complete novice and want to get a full size digi piano, I figured this would be a greay way to test my commitment to learning as well as offer a way to practice on the go as I have to travel regularly and fitting a full size piano isnt exactly easy. Great video and love the cards you printed, something I'd like to say for others who are interested in this, is that you can also tune the keys as well as turn off control output from the keyboard, so if you have this hooked up to a pc as a controller the sound can come through your pc output but not the keyboard speaker using just usb, I use this as a controller for some software so I found this to be useful.
