Brightworks is a package with Volvo Trucks that adds chrome and exterior lights. It goes from Level 1 to Level 4. The Level 4 is the package. If serious, I can send you a RigDig report which shows the units history. We do not sell equipment with salvage or rebuilt titles. The title are clean and titled in Oklahoma under my dealership's name.
