Personally, I am picking rakdos just 'cuz that combo usually is somewhat fun, or can be split into my other decks... and reanimator golgari, since I wanted to try dedicated reanimation strategy

Depends on your playstyle, but as said in the video Golgari Squirrels are already feared in commander. So Squirreled Away will probably already have some good improvements out there if you end up liking the deck.

I must have misread the 2023 changes to rotation while editing. It does say ONE rotates Q4 of 2025. Which is exactly one year with OmniTraxa😬

That's Winter, a new character of the set. At 39:29 of the preview panel last weekend kzbin.info/www/bejne/f6TCmJulhaudqNk I too, thought that that the character was Nashi since Bloomburrow made everyone a furry. And the first look article over at the mtg website didn't help at all when they posted Winter's pic just above the paragraph where they stated that "Nashi, the son of the Planeswalker Tamiyo, has vanished through a mysterious door."

That’s awesome, thank you! It’s kind of a mind twist trying to keep up while we go through the next 3 sets at the same time…I don’t remember seeing the Tamiyo relationship before this set, I’m guessing they’ll have a couple of cards for nashi reveal at the end of the story.

Its not even close. Actual modern with actual modern tactics and strats will never make it to arena. Timeless is bs and so is arena overall.

Thanks for stopping by. But once mh3 hits, there’s essentially no difference, respectfully. Every deck will essentially be playable. Except modern doesn’t have Necropotence or dark ritual. Modern on mobile will be here regardless, hope you check in later down the line
