How do you feel about players going into their next match up after boasting huge or above average performances from the previous week/weeks? Similar to teams coming back from a bye week kind of situation

Andy here... I think it is matchup dependent. Also the history of the player helps. Joe Burrow often struggles early on in a season. Where Kyler usually strives early on. A good example is Patrick Mahomes this year. First half the season he was a mid teir QB for fantasy. Finishing around QB13/14. Then started to flip the switch and was finishing in the top 7 or even top 4 depending on settings.

Hey guys, I actually started one of these leagues last year with a superflex slot. Just wanted to remind that it's a superflex slot and not a 2nd qb slot. Bad qbs who will be taken in the mid rounds of the draft can easily be replaced by a decent wr. I really like that every player has massive value to begin the year, even qb's. Enjoyed hearing you guys's discussion on the topic. Thanks!

Was this an 18 team league as well? That would be interesting because some teams could not have a QB to start the season. Would you be interested in starting another?

@@thefantasyflowpodcast yeah 18 man 2 qb. Some teams won't have qb's to start but they can obviously fill it in with superflex wr, rb, te. I love it because then every single starter is relevant. 3rd tier qbs getting paid 40 mil a year (daniel jones, derek carr) actually have a chance at being drafted this way. As for starting a new league, manually running 1 in sleeper is enough for me 😅.

Ryan Poole seems like he really trying to change things over there. But ownership needs to let go the reigns a little bit for a full culture change. Caleb should be a part of that.
