This is an important topic. The sound is terrible quality. Before doing another video please test the audio. You will probably need a microphone on your clothing to hear you

More recent research (2016) shows no improvement compared to regular walking shoes. Not sure how they define walking shoes. This is overblown hype that is often associated with medical research.

This was so interesting and relevant. It's a pity I stuggled to hear with the awful sound. I feel like I got some great insight into my physiotherapy

Thanks Dr Paterson! Your insight is, as always, enchanting. Unfortunately NOFX have been experienced in my flat formed converse. I believe this my be an ill communication know in the field as 'platypus enclosure'. I look forward to your opinion. I do believe you have my details to discuss this matter further.

As a bilateral medial OA (level 3 i.e. bone on bone) 'sufferer', I can absolutely endorse these results. It's such a shame that this has had less than 300 views when it could help so many people. Perhaps it needs renaming?

Some very good points are made here, spoken by those with firsthand experience with the challenges of osteoarthritis. Additional help can be found here as well: www.hiredhandshomecare.com/category/osteoarthritis/

Thank you so much for sharing your findings. Fascinating! I can only imagine how challenging it was to recruit your participants with the strict in/ex-clusion! Great to see studies happening in this space.Interesting too, is that as an Aep, I have actually noticed that all clients with gluteal tendinopathies ive worked with over the years have been overweight! Can't wait to see more re the longitudinal study outcomes. Thanks dr Kim!!
