Hello Just to check Have you replaced the brake pads and wear sensors? If not check sensors fitted in to the brake pads front and rear of car Note, some cheap aftermarket sensors are not the best. (If you can’t see them sometimes might have been tucked under wheel arches) this might help please like a fallow so I can make more helpful videos. If you get stuck happy to help

If the friction material is worn too low it will hit the pad sensor wire 3 rest-set that can be down Front pads Rear pads Brake fluid

If it cracked it will need replacing It is the air in take to the air box.

Hello Thanks check out my other videos You can buy and new flap kit or Manifold very expensive or you can buy a blank ing kit e b ay and remove them. I would recommend this be done by a garage. If you have not very much experience as it could go wrong fast lots of components to remove. And end up costing more to repair look for a local mini specialist

Yes , few different ways , new manifold required or Repair kit on online/ebay. EML light might come on with repair kit. For flap motor. Recommended when repairing to fit new intake gasket also. And clean manifold out lost of carbon deposit Note make sure none fall down in to intake system as could damage engine / if not mechanical skilled/ Recommend Garage todo the repair. Does everything work on the system as it should? If not rectify, that was issues first. Check all door handle locking buttons are working. Had had one with fault button sending locking systems crazy blowing the fuse, You could eliminate this by disconnecting the connector when door is open. Recommend if you don’t know much about car electronics take to a good automotive electrician (not a normal garage) Any faults code logged? Think it run of the body control module need to check wiring diagram.

Yes seen on lots, water in the plug and corrosion, some melted due to high resistance.

Clearing the code dose not fix the route case of the fault. Also depending what codes you have logged alway look at Cause and effect .Carbon buildup inside Check the arm on the side if its lose the plastic bush on the arm most likely worn,(have seen engine damage when flap fall off and get stuck inlet valves , The manifold is not that hard to take off, recommend New Gasket seals as ones ins don’t seal very well after removing. Few wiring looms to work around and pipes to be removed and side out to one side save removal of the the big wiring loom on the top part. Take case when removing small air pipe as the plastic can be brittle.
