A bit slower than magic dick, but makes it a very enjoyable experience, if not in some ways better as you had to be more accurate - loved it. and you played with the 'feel' wonderful.

Billy Davis who taught a young Jimi Hendrix how to play guitar. Of course Hendrix studied the instrument on his own almost fanatically, but Davis must have given him some gems to build on. Would love to know what those gems were.

Marvellous rendition especially considering he’s only a kid, I’d love to see jagger attempting it that would be the biggest laugh yet, jagger can only blow and bend notes as anyone can but can’t play a tune not even one

Yes, electric guitar. Jimmy also was allowed to sit in with Hank Ballard in the midnighters while Billy Davis got drafted to go to Korea for one year. I talked to Billy last month when I ran into him in the music store by Detroit. 88 years old still playing at clubs locally.
