Can anyone answer this? Between 12:08 and 12:29 of the video shows a Chevrolet SSR in front of you going through a check point and getting their card signed off. The cutoff model year for registering a vehicle at Crusin The Coast is 1989 and OLDER.. Chevrolet SSR were produced between 2003 and 2006.
@trailfreekgarage10 ай бұрын
I believe there is an exception for the SSR and also the Plymouth Prowler. As they where low production cars.

The best way to learn is OJT and become a shade tree mechanic. That's how I learned to work on my own vehicles. I have a78 Ford F150 that I bought new and still have it. The only time I had to get repairs done by a mechanic was for the motor overhaul and tranny, as for the rest I do myself.

Yea it is. I Would have liked a jonny joint or a some type of rod end. Ive been thinking of doing a jonny joint down the road.
@WeldtecDesigns Жыл бұрын
There are lots of reasons why we have stayed with the OG mounting of radius arms. 1. bushings are inexpensive and available anywhere 2. you can change your wheel position easily. 3. The amount the arms moves at the pivot is minimal so you don't wear bushings 4. Bushings don't have to be pressed in. 5 $$$$ most people don't want to pay more if they don't have to. If you ever have questions please ask on our channel and we can address in in our Q & A. Thanks

I've learned over the years to be a fan of anything I can make run and go down the road. Now as for that Corvair wagon,if you can get it, do it an hold on with both hands. They are very rare. The trucks are valuable but not quite as rare.

Dennis Collins is the man to set onto these rigs before earth takes everyone of them... its close now. If your that afraid to dig into restoring, its possible to go door to door and ask farmers if they have old equipment or vehicles that you can look at. I found a 66 chevy four door hardtop in mint condition, fuel, battery and it drove out like it had been run every day... it had pidgin crap deep as your arm and dust from setting to where you could hardly see it... I just had to see it in the sunlight and he had a power washer for his equipment... once washed off, other than the paint on the roof and the trunk deck, it was able to be brought right back. I did change the fuel tank, the fuel and brake lines and the wheel cylinders, master too.... once clean an a oil an other fluid check, it needed nothing else but love. Some one had put a stainless exhaust on it so it was still just like new. His price was outrageous... he watched me cleaning and what not... and said, will you drive it? I told him heck yeah, if I can afford to buy it. He handed me the title and said, I think its going to a good home
