All these videos never show the preparation or clean up processes . Nice meals but the work involved in the whole process makes it less palatable.

It was made in 1 pan and they used a bowl for the eggs lol not much clean up. They showed every step (which really is not difficult at all), I'm not sure what other preparation you need to see

Just made two of these tonight for my son and myself. Fun to make and delicious! The only problem I had was when I flipped the tortilla over onto the glass lid - it stuck very badly. My son had to help pry and scrape it off the lid back into the pan - it did not slide at all. Any idea why the tortilla stuck so much? Great recipe otherwise!!
