Cool! I heard some people were doing that. But one crew said it took them 30 mins just to get to the ocean crawler part of it. It only took me 2 treasuries to get it done. I'm glad it was an easy one to do. 🤗

@@mcgee3222 dude I’m a legend of the sea of thieves and have both pvp curses, I knew crouching was back, but the chest disguises are not and this videoes title led me to believe that disguises were back.

@l8dyhysteria it took an amount of hours I'm ashamed to admit.

For this one, we shot the lure dart onto the wall just out of their reach. I only saw 2 phantoms entranced with it but a third one was close. I hit the ground between all of them for the commendation. I was surprised it worked with only 2 entranced (but 3 caught fire)... so I don't know why it wouldn't work for you, unless they are destroying the lure dart before they get set on fire? 😕

if you throw the blowdart to close to the lure, it kills the lure dart make sure to not shoot it too close to it.

I haven't played the game for a long time, since about season 9. Where can I find chests of fortune and who can I sell them to?

@NullMistaker the Chest of Fortune gets moved to a different world event every season. For Season 14, it is at the FOTD. They can be sold to Gold Hoarders, Sovereigns, or at the Reaper's Hideout. 🤗

@@l8dyhysteria I really appreciate your info about the journals. I was under the impression that they had been removed from the game entirely. I've seen a few articles about them but they were really old and I've never personally been able to find a single one. Now I know the specific islands to locate them most easily! Hit me up if you ever wanna sail sometime. I'm a helm main, but I can do everything well, including pvp. I'm very chill and down to grind anything!

I wish we could use the grapple to ride megs now that you said that 🤣

They definitely need to rework the journals. I'd love it if they adjusted them to give more of the supply contracts.

@@l8dyhysteria Best way to hold someone hostage is to take all their supplies with a storage crate if they are doing a mermaid shrine or are unaware lol

We were on a sloop together in the same session the whole time. I'd drop him off at the Treasury of Sunken Shores, sail to the Treasury of Secret Wilds, store the horns in the mermaids, and dive for a new server. For some reason Rare allows the stuff stored in the mermaid to transfer to the new server. I'm not sure if they plan to patch that out, but it's been in the game since the shrines/treasuries were introduced so I'm assuming they are fine with it...?

I hear your frustration. I didn't mean to suggest that I don't appreciate the game in its entirety. I also don't think people shouldn't be able to voice constructive criticism about something they care about. As I said, I don't think I'd be as disappointed if the expectations for the grapple weren't set so high. I also said I can see the potential and pointed out some positives, along with admitting to having some fun with it. I'm sorry if all you heard was premature criticism (although you seem to agree that the range is disappointing). I agree that the blowpipe is useful but that's not what this video was about. 🙂

@@l8dyhysteria I'm not criticizing you, but it's very annoying that those 20/30% never appreciate anything, season 13 for example was wonderful, they complained that in the end there are only 6 new underground areas (comments made only to criticize, because the mechanism of the stars, those new and stupendous temples have never been seen, and they also carry on the lore) do we want to talk about the pump? I loved the fact that it killed with one shot, they changed it because you complained, same thing with the harpoon (although I think the range will increase a bit).

@@brotherofollepazzosgravato3971 Yeah, I see what you mean. It can get exhausting to constantly hear people complaining about every season. Sometimes it feels like Rare can't catch a break. The reality is the game is amazing for how the water works while keeping track of each individual item in the game at the same time, so of course there are going to be bugs or things that don't always work right. I try to just ignore the constant negativity and have patience for rare to fix stuff... while understanding that they have a lot to deal with. (I literally am so good at ignoring most of the complaints that I never heard the ones you mentioned about encampments. 😅) And about the blunderbuss-- it wasn't me complaining about it! lol. I also liked it the way it was! But I'm accepting that it was their choice to change it, and now we have the blowpipe! 😃

@@l8dyhysteria the good thing is that the small part of players who criticize play every single day and it's contradictory ahaha. people don't understand that rare doesn't have just one team that does everything, but they are divided, the main team will already be working on season 17. then there is the team responsible for solving the problems in the game (thus those we see in the fix videos). a world as large and expansive as the one below obviously has bugs (rdr2 for example is full of them). then for what they write new ship or new island, obviously they will add them above all because they are managing the game now, but they are not things that arrive quickly.

I'm actually kind of glad they are releasing this season bit by bit... even if that wasn't their original intention. 😅 I've seen a lot of people suggesting that future seasons should be slowly rolled out like this... And I think it might be a good idea. 🤓

Ch8os had an idea for a video that might be in line with this. 😊 We just have a few other ideas we want to work on and we need time to put it in motion. And the next video will be more positive! I promise.

@@davidheeren3751 Usually, but with UE4 you generally don't have a clear conversion. And even if you do, it's unlikely you're making islands and such with that scale in mind. You can also adjust how big those units actually are, etc.

Yessss!!! They could even make the shovel a melee weapon so they don't have to "add" another weapon. (Hopefully, you've seen Mythic Quest and know the reference 😆) I'm also loving the blowpipe! Way more than I expected to!

@@l8dyhysteria and the blow pipe isn’t a complete weapon, mimic darts are going to added to it, (which it’s gonna be so funny to use on the anchor and watch ppl scramble for) although I wonder if they plan to nerf the explosives bc there very good against skeletons (omg golds are so much less painful, pipe is a must for souls stuff)
