There are No such thing as rules for natural hair. There are suggestions, you as a grown up and individual have to find outvand know your hair better than anyone. Yall need to stop blaming somebody else because what worked for them didnt work for you. We cant even if some of you didnt go overboard ex using rice water weekly, sleeping with dc in your hair. Silly things like that that anyone with common sense knows is bad.

@@fletcher373 Interesting take. I didn’t blame anyone and as I mentioned in the video, I was taking advice from professionals in the industry. I also took accountability for blindly doing so, not sure if you heard that part? Thanks for watching and commenting and I hope your days gets better. 💕

What was wrong with mineral sunscreens for you? Was it leaving a white cast or was it making you break out? I’ve been trying to figure out why I keep getting closed comedonal acne. I think it might be my mineral sunscreens.
@JenFindsGems
@JenFindsGems 22 күн бұрын
@@kriskaneki8112 I experienced both! I tried mineral sunscreen because I thought that it would help with the breakout I was having and be a “safer “ option but it only made it worse. When I started using Asian brand sunscreens, my skin calmed down and I haven’t had a bad breakout since. Lmk if you want a full video on my experience or what I’m using now.

I was diagnosed three months short of my 63rd bd, two years ago this July. Also I'm a black female, had no medical insurance, after a few ER visits with them telling me because you can't afford the tests needed, go home and suffer. I researched my symptoms and came to the conclusion I had MS. Note, worked in medical field for over 25 years, MLT, Histo Asst, OR Tech, MA, Phlebotomist. Finally was able to get Medicaid, MRI and spinal tap later, it's MS. No DMTs, I exercise everyday, get 8+hrs of sleep, no processed foods and I smoke cannabis hourly, I keep my mind and body moving at all times. I'm self retired but I'm still able to do everything I've always done, but a little slower. #mswarrior
