I noticed the reg number on the boat. Is that because of the engine size being over 15hp even if it's under 9 meters as the SAMSA rules state? I am curious because I am building a 3.6m skiff with a 6.5hp engine. A far as I know that shouldn't need to be registered. Right? Awesome videos by the way. Nice to see it done the South African way.

@pieterkruger4134 It's R150 at Millers Point... Gordansbay is pretty cool at the old Harbour I think it's R50 and a very easy launch on the big slip way

A quick spot change in the bay was the only time... Off camera those jackets were on all the time while moving as their safety is our priority at the end of the day... Thanks

Your video pooped up into my feed. This is one of the best local videos I've seen in a while...none of the fancy frills and people that wanna be experts....nope none of that. Exactly what I'm into. You won't always catch fish, that's why it's called fishing but the environment and water views are just epic. Amazing video bud.. tight lines for the future 👍🏼👏🏼

Howzit Mike appreciate your videos really enjoy them. Have you tried laagebaan lagoon out I think it's easier fishing than velddrift. More species to catch deeper water and closer than velddrift. Also really beautiful. Just a suggestion keep up the good work.
