Thank you for showing this home, Chris! My comment has nothing to do with your great work. The home shows well but I question the justification for the selling price, especially considering that the most used material is vinyl.. it appears to have been used for the flooring, siding, and possibly the decking.. I guess this is to be expected from new construction homes? 🤔

That’s what I was wondering-$3.5m is being spent where. Although he did great showing it, this home is most definitely overpriced- no way the developer spent 1.5 or even 2m on this build

@@kalston030 so real estate is location location location. The house is beautiful and really does use premium materials but the reason for the price is the location

No worries! Vinyl is used often even in multi million dollar homes I see it all the time. Vinyl is super easy to maintain so a lot of builders use it

I like the way Timothy P. Livingston showcases homes much better. He does commentary on each room and allows us to comment like you do. You show the features too fast and you don't describe the selling features or do any commentary. I can't rush through looking at this house even though it looks lovely at a glance.
