Hi. My son is autistic. He started speaking many words meaningfully like Cow, Dog, etc. but when I ask him what's this he never answers. This is happening from 3 the last 3-4 months. Can you please tell us what should we do? We are from India and we already don't listen to his gesture requests.

Find a good SLP , private or school or both .. pay attention to non verbal alway first and for most , sign language , picture exchange communication and sing song your words … be patient .. kids on the spectrum are considered late talkers so pay attention to gestures always ❤ best to you !!’

@@deedee9312 Thanks a lot for replying back. We know two children of same age and they started speaking at 4.5 and fully communicating at 5. He is 5.1 still no communication but speech is there. Today he spoke many vegetable names. He is already going to school. We talked to an expert therapist, she said keep asking him What's this? For the things you are sure he knows. We are doing it. For example; when he looks at ginger he says ginger and then we ask him what is this by pointing to ginger and he doesn't say a word. If we ask him where is ginger then he points it correctly.

Good. But sorry to say I work in clinical lab, one and foremost thing is PPE, your biomedical scientist handling analyzers and samples without gloves ????? I work in Private company but we never enter the area without proper PPE everytime.

Voted Worst Hospital in the country. l was there patients waiting long times. Staff never attending to patients. Directors cover up for doctors mistakes. A different 3rd world doctors coming around every 4 weeks asking, What`s wrong with you...To them your just a Number. Families Loses a loved one. l wound not trust any one person. Find out your condition and find a specialist in london or oxford. These idiots from top to bottom don`t really give a dam,

Doctors operated on Wrong body parts. l Watched how lazyness of staff not attending pattients in bed calls. Doctors 3rd idiots coming around 4 weeks and then asking whats Wrong with you.....Directors are happy to cover up for doctors mistakes .. l would no trust any one person in this hospital. Do your research and find a specialist in your condition. London or Oxford.. To Them your just a Number. To familys a Loveone....
