Im a tech in the US. What's required to work there?
@kylieb3824Ай бұрын
Google is free, as a pharmacy technician I'd hope you'd be able to find that info on your own.
@codeintheroughАй бұрын
@@kylieb3824its not so simple. I work as a tech with certification by examination. I never took a class just bought books and studied on my own. But pharmacy in the uk requires a level 3 qualification which seems to be what we call high school in the US. I graduated high school but not a pharmacy high school. If they accept my certification then I may be able to get a visa for healthcare workers.

A plea to the UK Government. Please start thinking of patient safety and not look for the cheapest option. PAs undergo a micky mouse 2 year training course and take final exams that are harder to fail then pass - no one fails. The scary thing is most PAs like to pretend they are doctors and are as good as them (most of them failed to get into medical school so this is the next option). Remember, the eyes cannot see what the brain does not know. PAs are misdiagnosing patients and the extent of the damage they are doing is difficult to imagine. They are supposed to work under doctor supervision but are now used as cheap replacements. The fact that these guys are now teaching medical students and assisting in surgical procedures is ludicrous to the extreme.

How many people unqualified PA actually kill? I know of a young beautiful girl who thought she was seeing a doctor, while a PA misdiagnosed thrombosis as muscular pain. As a consequence of this misdiagnosis, this young patient died. Killers!

Not as many as doctors kill bill spree. Do you want me to get the numbers from BMJ and news. You are talking about the same patient we saw on BBC.

Hi. My son is autistic. He started speaking many words meaningfully like Cow, Dog, etc. but when I ask him what's this he never answers. This is happening from 3 the last 3-4 months. Can you please tell us what should we do? We are from India and we already don't listen to his gesture requests.
@deedee93126 ай бұрын
Find a good SLP , private or school or both .. pay attention to non verbal alway first and for most , sign language , picture exchange communication and sing song your words … be patient .. kids on the spectrum are considered late talkers so pay attention to gestures always ❤ best to you !!’
@aicfy6 ай бұрын
@@deedee9312 Thanks a lot for replying back. We know two children of same age and they started speaking at 4.5 and fully communicating at 5. He is 5.1 still no communication but speech is there. Today he spoke many vegetable names. He is already going to school. We talked to an expert therapist, she said keep asking him What's this? For the things you are sure he knows. We are doing it. For example; when he looks at ginger he says ginger and then we ask him what is this by pointing to ginger and he doesn't say a word. If we ask him where is ginger then he points it correctly.

I’m not a language pathologist but I am autistic. I’m not a doctor so say my words with a grain of salt. You questioning him may help causing him to feel demand avoidant? I know it would bother me if someone asked me what’s this? It just makes me feel frustrated. Have you tried asking him in a different way?
@KateCaradonna-z3d3 ай бұрын
@@aicfybecause it’s obvious from what he said that he knows the words it might just be bothering him that you’re asking him even though he’s already shown he knows? Some autistic people don’t like questions
