Horrible app. Doesn't capture recipes either from internet or from camera scans. Says that ads are gone, but not from internet. Can't even start a recipe from scratch to compensate for all its flaws. I guess the internet recipe suppliers caught on to the obvious greed of the app and blocked it. Save your money's

My problem is that when I get my recipe uploaded and corrected, then choose the number of people it serves, the whole thing messes up. It “scales” it and messes up my entire recipe.

I cannot find the scan button on my cook n 14 app

The Capture Plugin doesn't work on my premium trial version 11/20/2023. It installs fine but the icon vanishes when I leave the installation site. The Extension is installed but "service worker (inactive)". This is a "known issue" intermittently on Chrome for some Extensions. Bottomline, import does not work on my Premium Trial. That's what Trials are for.

For an easier way NOW (in the current Cook'n version) to copy and paste the "dressing" ingredients, switch to the View tab. Select and copy the ingredients for the "new" salad dressing. Then in your new recipe, click on the Wand or Snag-It Automatic Ingredient Entry button. Paste in the ingredients and no more typing!

Your bloody Cook'n download links for the Windows and Mac desktop apps aren't working, so anything you discuss about using these apps is useless

Your recipe is a 2 part recipe. I went to your website to look up the ingredients and you have it listed all together as 1 recipe. I think it would be far better if you fixed it as part 1 for the Jell-O and part 2 for the topping. Other than that it looks delicious 😊
