Last night, I had a dude yelling at me after a mission for "Holding down the mission with weak weapons" for bringing a concussive on a bug mission. So I said "Ok, fine, I'll play meta, calm down" and then we started the mission, I brought the Knight and he SCREECHED before I was kicked XD All jokes aside, I like bringing Gas Grenades/Gas Strike with the noxious ranger armor when I run the concussive on bugs. Its fun bullying the bugs with it.

I don't hate the gun, but you really feel the AP 2 when it seems like every other bug is a hive guard. Feels good to use during acid rain, though.

AP 2 is fine vs hive guard, the stagger exposes the squishy part as shown in this video. The problem is a whole mag isn't enough damage to kill a hive guard. This weapon's dps is just pathetically low

If you're staggering it, that means you're not hitting the armor in the first place. But yeah, being able to hold back a small pack for as long as you have ammo doesn't mean much when any other weapon could have killed that pack in as much time.

Any chance you'd be willing to give us your mouse dpi, and in game settings? You are super accurate. I play on PC with a controller, but think after watching you lay out the lead I might train up on M&K with good settings off the hop.

Mouse: Lamzu Thorn DPI: 800 (1000Hz) Sensitivity: 0.06 I always turn off mouse acceleration and smoothing options. I prefer using 2800~3200 EDPI for any shooter game, and I'd recommend not changing your sensitivity too early or too often until you get used to it.

Landing on extract and then having your teammate immediately call in the resupply. It's that kind of foresight that sets the tone for the entire op. Good stuff.

starwalt is so underrated. people say its bad but don't realize how much it can compliment a loadout. imagine it with medium armor penetration... it might actually be too good

The crossbow brings the medium armor penetration. If the stim pistol wasn't in a bad place right now pretty sure that would be the side arm.

ngl, arc thrower is now my favorite support weapon in termind mission! that stun on charger and lv.7 AP is just so ideal for killing mid armor targets like Alpha/hive guard stuff, kill impaler on their face weak spot, and to stop charger from charging on turrets & allies btw, you can kill shriekers with arc thrower more effectively if you ping them, once they enter within 55meters, start shooting on them, there's a high possibility for arc to lock on and one shot them. use arc to stun chargers before you throw thermite is also a good trick to learn, it will allow you to throw thermite on any part of its body, simply makes all situation under your control!

Such a wickedly effective loadout. I use a variant of this and have in the past and adore it -- well, perhaps minus the dagger (which works excellently now) Really appreciating just how capable we are with this stuff. Feels great Awesome watching you give it a go!

People simp way too hard for the AC. I get it, it's cool as hell, but against Bugs, GL is objectively better. The only thing the AC can do better with is against Chargers, but then you have Thermites, so who cares about Chargers? GL also has nearly double the AOE of the AC.

Whenever I run a support & Backpack stratagem on bugs is usually when I bring the blitzer, but thats mainly because I don't like worrying about ammo unless I got the supply pack
