12:01 not necessarily true. I bought a rotti a couple years ago and her mom only ever had small litters. But she gave me 9 pups her first litter. Her original breeder welped the litter and sold them and everything because I ended up having to return her to him pregnant due to family emergency but I definitely want to get her back and the breeder was nice enough to keep her for me because he loves her. I know that a lot of stuff passes down but not all the time
