And this is why I don't think I'm saved...it feels like I need a revelation, something supernatural to help me with this, I'm very ill, have severe PTSD and complex trauma from all I've been thru medically alone, I have legit reasons to be scared, I have a damaged nervous system from a stupid drug I was put on during my health issues, a benzo, which can wreak havoc on ones mind body spirit and soul, There's so much to my journey and story, people don't get it or me, struggle with unbelief and being able to grasp and under and believe the bible and many things in it, I don't want to be this way, I just feel incapable many times, I get so frustrated when I post a comment looking for help and I get the Jesus loves you, just trust and believe, i can relate to the panic analogy you talked about Especially with a damaged limbic and nervous system, benzo damage, one can't just snap out of it and stop the terror I didn't get grounded well spiritually before crisis, it's been Traumatizing and I'm not in a good living situation, no support and it's just toxic to my whole being Up for talking if anyone can relate I have prayed for all things mentioned, I'm overwhelmed so much by my brain and body and being in survival mode, it's hard to think straight, I just want it all to go away

I still believe there's nothing after death even tho i have been trying to get close to god. I was raised catholic, became atheist and now im trying to be catholic again. I have been always afraid of death. To be honest im afraid of the nothingness and im afraid of heaven. I can't imagine been dead forever or been alive forever and that is what scares me the most. But i guess God has a solution.

I am over 50yrs old and hope, I will met my kingdom spouse. I have been on SALT app for almost a year. And everyday is draining. I am very much believing in God. There is nothing God can not do. Delay is not denial. I guess I have to wait on the Lord.

Thank you for your story! Ive been sick the last 6 years and ive been dealing with the same issues as you andbi fell out of gods arms and even thoufht about suicide due to ny illnesses. Now im sick and very ill but i put my faith in god and if I die i accept that. Its so hard when your sick to just accept death. Im scared of the sickness but being eternity with god makes me feel safer and less woried
