You can make as a tea with fresh tender papaya leaves,just one leaf.Also can drink after making juice and filter .Consume 30 ml Once in a day before meal. ❤Experts recommend to have every food in moderation. Use it 4 times a week. More than two spoons a day is not good. Taking as first drink in the morning is good.Consume half spoon morning and half spoon night if you want to take everyday. Note: It must be soaked before you consume. These are what I know.
