So sorry to hear what you're passing through, but I have good news for you: "the Holy Spirit is still alive in your heart, that's why you are aware of your turning away and you have the desire to return. He is working to bring you back." And I guarantee you He won't fail. I pray may God restore you onto His ways and give you the grace to walk in His Will. It's perfectly OK to pray to the Father, the Son or Holy Spirit directly. Because it's the same God. Let's not misinterpret the Bible

To whom did Stephen pray while he was being persecuted by the Jews ? It's important not to misinterpret the Bible. There is only one God, revealed in the flesh and his name is Jesus Christ. When we praise Him in Jesus' name, it doesn't mean we're not praying to Jesus-He is the one God. There is only one Godhead, not three.
