Last year I flew Singapore - Helsinki 13 hours in business class with a 16 month old. He slept for 9 of them. 2 months later we fly business class again Helsinki - Seattle and then LAX - Sydney. He barely slept on those flight but he also didn't cry much. I'm considering doing it again next year after he turns 3 but I've been told 3 is a terrible age to bring someone on a plane. Have you flow again with your boy after your boy turned 3?

Disney makes the process too hard for no reason with all the waiting. You can be waiting for hours before your group is called. On Royal, you are from your car to on the ship in less than 20 minutes.

So it’s a Google routine that’s calling two separate Moen presets. Within Google routines they have Delay Start which will put in a pause. My Google Routine: When I say: Fill Brita Actions: - Ask Moen to start Large Brita - Delay start “After 3 min” - Ask Moen to start Large Brita Top Up

Hey Jay! We are also from YYZ and wants to ask where did you source your shaker panel door for the fridge? Wondering if you be interested to actually be hired to do our fridge? We have ordered the same fridge but hard to find an installer confident to do FP paneling
@jayfromto1
@jayfromto1 2 жыл бұрын
I got the panels from the contractor that did my kitchen. I gave them the exact measurements from the brochure. I have his contact if you want. Keep in mind though I got a full kitchens worth of cabinets, so I have no idea how much each panel was. I also had trouble finding someone to install. Tasco will do it but it’s like $1k, probably more these days. It’s not too difficult though, only tricky part is drilling the panels. But just go slow and don’t do it at 12 am like I did . Happy to answer any questions during your install

We also have the FP two drawer dishwasher that is panel ready and still cannot find an installer. I love your kitchen and would love to see a tour posted. Coincidentally, our new kitchen is dark blue with ivory uppers, and we have brass hardware also

When using a shaker design, does the depth of the panel matter for the shaker inset? I mean how do you attach the hanging panel with screws into the thinner part of the shaker door? Or was your shaker door more than 5/8" thick at its thinnest part?
@jayfromto1
@jayfromto1 2 жыл бұрын
I avoided the inner part. It was too thin and the screws would have gone through.
@stevencasarez8443
@stevencasarez8443 2 жыл бұрын
We had this problem with ours as we had a shaker style panel. The overall thickness of the panel (at rail/style) was 3/4". 3/4" is the thickest panel you can use on this fridge. The inner part of the panel was 1/2" which, when they first installed, caused the screws to poke through. So to fix this (besides repainting the entire panels), they had to TRIM the screws down to an overall thickness of 10mm.
@Chanmantroop10
@Chanmantroop10 Жыл бұрын
@@jayfromto1so did you attach the bracket into the shaker border area which is thicker? I have the fp single door fridge with ss panels but might get matching panels in the future and always wondered about shaker style panels where the inset is thinner. I even thought of using liquid nails in the middle part and attaching the bracket with screws on the outer holes (top and side) but that would eliminate any side to side adjustment down the road.
@jivey1
@jivey1 Жыл бұрын
@@Chanmantroop10 It's been a while, but I don't recall using any screws on the thin part of the shaker door. I remember the brackets had multiple holes which you could use and I think I put them all along the part which were over the thick part of the door.

Thanks for the video Jay. Was looking at this as the ideal IPS curved monitor for a new set-up. The height adjust is also a tempting feature. The specs say up to 10cm. I don't suppose you would be able to do a rough measurement of how high the centre of the screen (eye level) is off your desk surface at the maximum height adjustment? 🙂

Another thing to note is that since it's so wide you'll likely want to get a webcam and not use your laptop, since now your laptop will be all the way off to the side and you won't be looking at the people in the meeting if you're working off the screen. No biggie, just different from taking the call on your laptop.

Also, another thing I wish this monitor could do was control the volume on the speakers through my Mac. I have to physically push the volume button. I've read online that there is a workaround using a program called Soundflower, but it gets a bit complicated.
