when i do that it appear under usb device , and it is not recognized by window . there is nothing under port and there no option to select it when connecting with logo . Im using a brand new usb cable , a new laptop and windows 10 .

It's wrong connection on one line one NO and one NC switch should be connected

sir. i am not good in automation, but my basic relay logic is little good. From my point of view in starting if both switch are in off state bulb will on . so instead of taking Both No point in series, you should take one NO and ONE NC of both switch in series in first runge and same vice versa for second runge. please comment if i am wrong and solve my query thanks Automation lover
