For the guys who want to use a mechanical doorbell, you will need to open the web browser on same network where Hikvision video bell is connected & go to following setting: Intercom>I/O setting & change the setting of “output” from “Electric lock” to “mechanical doorbell”. Then the relay contacts on the video door bell will work as soon as the outdoor button is pressed on the main device Don’t forget to click on “Save”
