This song always reminds me of a contract I did in Kuwait. We were close to flying back to UK for our Christmas break and one of the guys had bought a pile of music cassettes from the local souk. Back in our apartment, drinking home made beer, this song was played. Wow, just hit the mood spot and even now it takes me back to great times in the Middle East

I have to say, that ‘Driving Home for Christmas’ is my all time favourite Christmas song. I’m retired now but this song was often on the radio as I drove home from work on the last afternoon when the college where I worked finished for the holidays.
