I was there on Saturday and managed to spend a few dollars. Very little for American Flyer items to buy though. Then I went back on Sunday and thought I could get in with my hand stamp from Saturday. Such was not the case, so I left. Saturday is the day for best selection of items to buy. Maybe on Sunday there may be some better deals but I didn't feel like paying another 10 bucks to find out.

Fun times. That CP engine is mighty powerful. Between the little logging express engine and the rocket shay, there won’t be any excuse for failing to get to the mill on time.
@deltatrains2 ай бұрын
That CP engine was originally a " Southern RR " Aster Mikado in green livery. The new owner placed a Royal Hudson 2860 comfort cab on it, plus some other details, and painted it black and thus turned it into a Canadian version Class P-2-g Mikado ( Built 1940 )( Crafty Kitbash ) Thanks for watching and comment. The CP coaches are also his own builds.

How can I buy one of the G-Scale, ALCO, Dl-35 Diesels? Awesome model Like to build one in 2.5" scale, need the g-scale model for measurements, prefer unpainted. Thank you

Thank you for your interest in this model. There were only four custom hand built units made ( now all painted ) and they are spread around Canada and the USA. You might have to search Alco files to get the measurements which you require. I hope that one day I will be able to see your build on YT.

That 9F is alcohol fired and has a wonderful natural stack talk. The 0-6-0 Switcher is Butane Fired and using a Summerlands Chuff Pipe, but it is fun to run, and it does sound quite strong. Thanks for watching and comment.
