Even Mr. Roger's had to get to a point where he had to learn the importance of "being ok with you you are". I think once a person experiences such a profound truth; one that allows you to be free of your own misguided "truths", you want to share that with the world. Because it is a small act with huge, life changing results. Like that "ego" piece that Patrick speaks to. There is a makeup commercial that has the sales pitch, "you're worth it". While their small message diminishes your worth to having to wear their makeup to be an emboldened, beautiful person. But the big truth being, "you are worth feeling beautiful!" I find that letting go of worlds expectations of me has been a hard road. But now I have created my own expectations of the world. That's what brings forth change and transformation.

I got to leave b4 a lot of drinking began. I don't want to be around it at all. I don't think you're judging. Alcohol makes people who they are NOT. When I drank, I would behave in ways that was NOT me. We love our family for who each one really is...nothing wrong with that...I love you....Aunt Vicki
