If your Cadillac doesn’t have an extender for the headrest how do we place the client for the upright position?
@BrandonsPilatesLifeАй бұрын
I put a Wunda Chair (which is the same height) at the edge of the Cadillac for a head rest or two long boxes (depending on their height) at the edge.

Thank you so much amazing video and cueing! It’s very helpful. I have a question about diagonal line( video 30:40). What about spine? Spine is also neutral position and have a slightly gap between mat ? or spine is imprinting on the mat?Thank you 😊

Hi Brandon, I have been teaching from 2017 on. But since I graduated BASI CTTC, I did not have chance to watch a full session. Now, I found your session. I will watch them all. Great online library for instructors. Thank you for your clear cues and kindness :)

Hi Brandon, Why at Basi, the double legs stretch is performed before the single? Isn't the double legs more demanding on the abs? Thanks Phil of France 🙂
@BrandonsPilatesLife4 ай бұрын
Hello! Great question. Instructors can do the double leg stretch before or after the single leg stretch depending on the direction of the session, but I like to do it first because of exactly what you just mentioned. I want to do the more challenging move first, while the abs are fresh and strong. When the arms come forward and the center of gravity changes for single leg stretch, it take pressure off the neck. Thank you for such a great question!
