It's the same as regular parry but it's a bit difficult because u use fable arts so eventually u run out also u need to learn your opponent last string of attack to counter punish with the heavy

You keep lighting it and when you see it start to burn you lightly puff on it to get it going. Just keep trying to light it. If needed just look it up. Not everyone has a guide or a friend who will help them so you just look it up and itll help you also you may want to start off slow take a few puffs see how u feel maybe even one. And once U can build a tolerance you’ll be able to take more in. Just take it slow though because if you take it too fast you could freak yourself out and then you won’t wanna do it or keep experimenting it. It can help so much if you let it you also gotta let it do its course and you know just take a slow like I said
