Does anybody know the cook island lyrics or what bible passage this is?

I am going to the island of the valley To Lahaina, Lahaina Luna Where the mountains are green you will find me In Lahaina, Lahaina Luna Chorus: They say that Maui nō ka ʻoi and I agree That Maui nō ka ʻoi is the only place for me That's where you'll find me, down by the seaside Watching the moonrise, the twinkling starlight The morning sunrise, the golden sunset In Lahaina, Lahaina Luna

This is a hit song, we motuans who believe that our descendants come from the same group of people as cook islands. As I'm commenting my neighbors are playing the music right now. Beautiful song Give a thumbs up 👍

What song is this
@RongoLeenaLeenanuiАй бұрын
1. Arataki auku e te vaerua e 2. Tumu enua or Kiaorana I to tatou araveiara, turo orahaina There's a lot of songs called Tumu Enua, so it might be better to go with the second title. The rest is just the chant and the fast beat. P.S. These are lyrics from the songs, so I don't know if they are the actual titles of the songs.

1st song is Hills Song translated into Cookislands Māori 2nd is Tumu Enua.

Tongareva keeps old school traditional sounds on the front burner IMO, music of Tahiti & Rarotonga today are moving away from those sounds. I may be wrong
