תודה, טוב לשמוע. כעת יש כבר שתי הדרכות: אחת להתמודדות עם פחד, שעלתה לפני מספר דקות והשניה להתמודדות עם כאב, עצב, אובדן ואבל. אני ממליץ לבחור בכל פעם את מה שמרגיש בוער יותר. וכדאי לחזור על ההדרכות שוב ושוב, בכל פעם ההתמודדות והחוויה עשויות להשתנות ולהתפתח.

Last night I was completely sick with a cough, sore throat and a cold, giving me asthma and awakening a never ending panic. I got up and did this training with the sentence «I am a mother and an entrepreneur and I can’t do anything good because I’m sick. » . The training was really powerful. I started to feel my belly relaxing. All my symptoms almost disappeared, leaving me with a slight snotty nose. But I was so relieved and I went back to bed and had a wonderful 2 last hours of sleep.

I was not aware of how many things have happened that closed my heart.. Dad hitting mum came up My brothers death came up Me failing to go to art school I am empathic with me right now and with my heart and am happy I opened a small door for it to breath again. The heart is waving out of the little door with love - thank you avi!

i am in such agony of loss, everything seems bleak and 'over' now. I see only how I could have loved my ex much more, and not let her go. Through the tears I'm finding these videos beneficial. What is the fear I've been running from all my life... Can I sit with it a while.... can I turn my life around... will there be another chance to love?

Hey, it seems like you've dealt with a lot of pain. Love often comes with it. When we give space to the pain, as you did when you followed the video, we avoid having it block our heart. Often times, we need to do it again and again. And then, with time, we are able to open our heart and allow it to love again.

i've read the book, and watched this video, but still cant grasp what you mean by 'resist the pain' with mind or muscles. What is that effort/sensation actually about? where can I learn more about that specific point?

You are looking for everything that you do in order not to experience pain, whether it is in your body posture, muscles you contract, feelings that comes with that, specific thoughts. You might find it difficult because normally, all this has become a habit that already feels natural and normal, as if you are not doing anything. That's the learning process that aims for you to get to know what you do, be able to do it voluntarily and then let go of it, so it stops being something that out of your control. Working with a Grinberg Method practitioner could help in learning how to do that. If you'd like us to connect you with someone, please write to [email protected]. @@GrinbergMethod In this exercise there is no "real" pain (or intense pain) experienced. Parts of the body that are more tense than others, it's more of a discomfort than pain (at least for me) so to "resist" that pain or "take the attitude of being its victim" seems like an overkill, besides the facts that its very abstract instruction. I have no question though. It's just a comment

Unfortunately not. But there are practitioners that specialized in giving online sessions. People often expect the Grinberg Method to be all about touch :). But the truth is, that it’s all about the body and attention. Since our core aim is to awaken your body’s ability to recover its natural abilities and health, the online sessions yield beautiful results. YES It is legal.. I am allowed to be scared of having no money. I am allowed to fear death and not existing. I am allowed to wish that I'd rather be dead. I am going to die. I am lost without money. No one is helping & supporting me. FIRST OF ALL: Thank you 🙏 Now I want to share how I experienced this energy: I felt like I was a little girl sitting in a dark room in my Body - forever keeping her eyes closed. This Video.. made her & me open my eyes. & now I actually see myself as part of this world & not alone. After the video finished, I had a desire to move & make myself see, how big I am. I feel big, wide & in touch with the world.. nature & the universe. I am the Queen of my life & I get to choose! Thanks for making me see.

I am mistrusting & when I do, I feel like.. I am losing EVERYthing! I lose all the opportunities given to me, cause I can not trust in anything, I lose myself - because I won't get in touch with what I REALLY want. I want to show my creativity to EVERYone. I don't trust my abilities to do what I want.

After doing this Video.. I felt free! I played around like.. when I was a kid, I used to love rolling on the floor as a kid. I never did that ever again... I wanted to do it. But i was scared at first & then i thought of the joy I had doing it as a kid. I did it and felt amazingly pure and free. Happy and fullfilled. THANK YOU & THANKS TO ME!

I sent an mail to a course I want to do & told them that I don't have the financial resources to pay for it THEY ANSWERED! Telling me that they would love to get to know me & talk. I started feeling this heaviness in my tummy - it was painful So i looked through your videos & felt something inside responding to the words: "Uncertainty" The pain grew and grew when I let go - I felt peace, a short breath of freedom & then back to the pain in my tummy A sting came up After the second round, I felt my body trembeling But refused to let anything happen When you said: "It's okay to cry and let your body do what it wants to." I slowly let the sadness come up I cried & felt a sense of clarity I still feel the pain, but it keeps on changing.. I love to be. THANK YOU FOR YOUR EFFORT of putting this online & giving Thanks for the present.

The past reminds us of karma and consequences that we feel we need to take into consideration when moving into the future. We in a way don't trust the present without using conscience beforehand at what we call past experience. So in a way there is an actual explanation why processing the past makes sense to us. So it's a balance and has it's cavets till one learns to master the power of being in the now, and for many sadly it never happens living the life of "ignorance is bliss".

I am not sure what exactly made me close myself to love.....pain I suppose...I am just crying about it......being used, being abandoned ......... the disintegration of my family when I was 6 or 7 ....being a child and feeling responsible for my family.......being terrified
