These books are great! When I got back into the hobby, I just started grabbing as many generative books as I could, and I have to say that I've never come across books that are better than these for being helpful idea generators. These books paired with ICRPG or Knave (especially 2e) are insanely awesome. There's a guy on the youtubes who did a rad video showing how he cut the fable tables books up and reordered them and tabbed the whole binder. Sick idea. I dig what you're doing! First edition Knave is not from the 90s. It's only about five or six years old or so.

The best part of Knave's tables is that you can combine tables that don't relate to each other. I used the tables all the time without ever playing Knave

I backed the Kickstarter. I know I didn't mention that in the vid. I did post some links. DTRPG sells the PDF for $20 and swordfishisland sells the physical and PDF together for $35 + shipping. Thanks for watching and engaging.
