Ok, we talk about presence but is it really a thing? Is it achievable? Or the brain just neurologically has that ability to be drifting away, playing scenarios, computing outcomes to protect us. How fruitful are our attempts to keep it here and now 🙄

I've listened to Peter so many times but this conversation right here has so many nuggets in it. I feel like I'm going to have to listen to it again and again to get some of the concepts that he's talking about. Wow, he's something pretty special! What a gift!!

I discovered Peter recently and have now watched numerous podcasts/interviews. His unconditional love, compassion & humour are just what I need right now. I also feel the same way about affirmations… “whipped cream on 💩” 😂😂 Great interview Emily… one of the best I’ve seen .
