Por ese teatro de Guadalajara, pude apreciar a músicos como Pablo Casals, Plácido Domingo en sus 21 años y a su mamá Pepita Embil con "La viuda alegre" , pero sobre todo, vi dirigir dos temporadas al inolvidable Helmut Goldman... compraba el boleto de menos costo y regresaba a casa caminando ante la falta de autobuses , pero feliz. I don't usually listen to classical music however this was quite relaxing to listen to.

A real genius, unique soul and spirit. The Soviet Union was special place for art, music and culture. Like now nothing beats the Russian ballet and Music Conservatory. Khatchaturian lives on in our hearts.

Beautiful! Especially the first piece (waltz) and when that theme gets repeated in another slow movement. Pity the sound is mushy and monophonic. Acoutics a bit hollow - maybe it's the miking.
