I love Prx dial more, look more premium, but I guess the movement inside the citizen is a better quality since some parts of the Prx are made of plastic

Your sound is terribly low! Perhaps using a better microphone will enhance the quality of the sound.

Why my pins are so easy to remove after I removed them. I don't even need to push. I'm afraid the pin will get out on his own

Because its a pin and collar system if the pins are easy to remove you have most likley lost the collar from inside the link. They are tiny and easily lost.

you forgot to short AC with negative to reset the watch to prevent errors. Look at what the sticker says
