I'm asking this out of your curiosity and hopefully as a way to help you guys, but have you all tried using warming stones? You're just like a small amount of your FP. You can toss that a stone that sits there for like 40 seconds and slowly heals you guys, and they stack. So if all four of you were toss down a warming Stone in the same spot, y'all could probably reach in half your health in like 10 seconds

when i did a Rellana run, i used a magic Milady with carian sovereignty in my left hand since i had to spec into high int anyway worked pretty well, but it was highly underwhelming because it was before the Rellana's Cameo and Twin Moons buff

Rellana's Twinblade is absolutely not trash. SONAF is the better version of it, but Rellana's weapon is actually pretty good, especially when paired with the Rellana's Cameo talisman. Give it the base requirements of stats, then build towards magic (though outside of a run like this, I'd build towards faith/fire instead), use the necessary buffs/talisman, and then just chunk with the AOW.
